• Hand made in Wales. • The cloth is woven at the Cambrian Woolen Mill in Llanwrtyd Wells in Wales, weaving on the same site since 1830! • Heirloom Quality. • You will not be charged for customs and duties.
After your online order is complete, we then send this data to our kilt makers in Wales, who then handmake your heirloom kilt right there in Wales, the way it should be! Our kilt makers will send the finished kilt to our store in Arizona and we will pay all customs & duty fees (which can be around $80 to $120 for one kilt). There are no hidden fees.
Custom kilts usually take 2-3 months to produce if material is in stock. May take longer if tartan needs to be woven.
Due to global supply challenges and unprecedented demand, this item may take as long as 14 - 16 weeks to be made. We appreciate your understanding.
Shipping
We ship all items for a flat rate fee of $4.95 to the lower 48 states. We can ship to Alaska and Hawaii for a weight based fee during checkout.
Any order over $200 will receive free ground shipping.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
