This Pewter Quaich is crafted by Edwin Blyde. The bowl, made from African Cow Horn, is adorned with a pewter rim and two Celtic weave handles. Its polished finish makes it a perfect friendship gift for any occasion, and it comes in a black presentation gift box.
The Quaich, also known as Scotland's Cup of Friendship, has its origins in the West Highlands of Scotland. It was a common domestic utensil, used for supping porridge and drinking ale. Over time, the Quaich became a traditional toasting cup of welcome or a symbol of good wishes upon farewell or parting. Surviving centuries of history, it truly embodies Scotland's Cup of Friendship.
